Sorry to be the bearer of (potentially) bad new and I'm already in the process of logging off for today, but watching a few seconds in the middle gave me the impression that it's a 'live action video'. If it 'has' an animation component (or is particularly useful as a tutorial for other kinds of content hosted here) it's not against the rules. But if it doesn't you'll have to stick to YouTube, where you've already hosted it.
